Minimum Requirements:
-Grade 10 or ABET Level 1 or higher
-Literacy and numeracy skills

Key Responsibilities:
-Comply with all safety regulations and standards at all times.
-Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks efficiently within designated areas.
-Ensure high-quality execution of all handyman duties.
-Maintain equipment through cleaning, tightening, and replacing parts or fittings as per guidelines.
-Effectively plan and organize daily tasks.
-Clean offices, reception areas, restrooms, kitchens, storerooms, filing rooms, and outdoor areas.

-Manage and monitor the use of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely reordering.
-Provide refreshments to staff during meetings.
-Set up venues for meetings.
-Uphold Batho Pele principles in all interactions.
-Minimize financial waste and report related risks.
-Maintain professional and ethical conduct with all stakeholders.
