Minimum Requirements:
-Grade 10 qualification (NQF Level 2).
-Between 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in handling cash and providing customer service.
-Priority will be given to applicants residing in the City of Johannesburg, and proof of residence is required.
-Experience in a high-pressure public service setting will be an added advantage.

Main Purpose:
Responsible for conducting sales, delivering customer service, managing stakeholder interactions, and handling various station-related duties to ensure the delivery of efficient and high-quality Rea Vaya services that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct pre-shift inspections of the station to ensure everything is operational.
-Reconcile cash float and stock before the shift begins.
-Carry out card sales and top-up transactions according to set policies and procedures.
-Manage sales-related banking transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
-Handle customer service duties effectively and professionally.
-Foster and maintain good stakeholder relationships and communication, following organizational guidelines.
-Oversee the use and control of assigned resources and assets according to standard procedures.
-Manage inventory and financial controls as per applicable processes and policies.
-Take care of administrative and reporting tasks related to station operations.
