- Capturing and updating data from official records into digital formats like spreadsheets and databases.
- Reviewing and verifying data entries for accuracy and consistency.
- Submitting data entries and performing regular backups to ensure data integrity.
- Maintaining organized records, files, registers, and statistics.
- Supporting the verification team with source documents and files when needed.
- Collecting and sorting applications for default judgments and taxation.
- Sorting and distributing incoming data for equitable processing.
- Providing data and administrative support to internal departments and responsible personnel.
