Department: Front of House
Reporting To: Front of House Manager
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Front of House team, the successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Directing Patrons to the Shows: Providing excellent customer service by helping audience members find their seats and ensuring smooth flow before, during, and after performances.
- General Assistance: Supporting other front-of-house duties as required, including ushering, distributing programs, assisting elderly or disabled patrons, and maintaining order in the auditorium.
Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following minimum education and physical requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Matric certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit, as the role requires standing for long periods and walking throughout the theatre.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for those looking to grow within the arts and events sector.
