As an Administrative Clerk, you will:

  • Provide general administrative support including typing, scanning, filing, and email correspondence
  • Perform basic secretariat tasks for the Provincial Regulatory Entity and supporting units—including meeting logistics
  • Manage attendance registers for the sub-directorate
  • Track incoming and outgoing mail and oversee records management
  • Support customer service and after-care functions
  • Assist with GPRE administrative functions within the Directorate.
