🛠 Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Clerk in this role, your duties will include:

  • Performance Management Development System (PMDS): Administer the implementation of PMDS by ensuring that performance contracts and all reviews are submitted timeously in line with the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) time requirements. This includes capturing and filing all reviews.
  • Employee Relations: Receive and open files for new grievances, and prepare venues for all labour relations matters.
  • Employee Health and Wellness: Organize and facilitate health screening campaigns for employees to promote well-being in the workplace.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Conduct inspections and risk assessments, and facilitate capacity-building programmes and interventions in terms of OHS.
  • Training and Development: Consolidate employee training needs and perform any other training tasks as delegated by the supervisor.
