Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • A 1-year post-Matric certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working within Human Resource Management.
  • Computer literacy with solid knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gathering information on lost, damaged, stolen, or redundant items and preparing relevant reports.
  • Completing insurance forms and handling claims related to departmental assets.
  • Implementing governance and risk management practices within the HR division.
  • Ensuring that all work aligns with organizational work control, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and diligence to prevent financial losses.
  • Providing effective customer service by ensuring HR-related queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Delivering tasks on time and in line with required quality standards.
  • Engaging with stakeholders professionally and ethically to maintain the integrity and reputation of the organization.
