✨ About the Role
Tiger Brands is looking for a dedicated Distribution Clerk to support our fleet and distribution operations. This role is key in ensuring smooth transport management, accurate reporting, and effective communication with drivers.
🛠 Key Duties
- Capture daily fuel usage, kilometers, and driver consumption.
- Submit weekly & monthly reports (fleet, fuel, costs, accidents).
- Manage purchase orders, receipting, and goods.
- Conduct fleet & tyre inspections.
- Attend to breakdowns, accidents & vehicle servicing.
- Monitor tracking systems & maintain vehicle history files.
- Handle admin tasks & liaise with vendors.
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Strong admin & reporting skills.
- Good communication & problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure & multitask.
- Detail-oriented with cost management awareness.
