The Role: Data Capturer – Client Services

The Personal Lines Data Capturer: Client Services plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound telephonic communication with clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: At least 12 months of experience in a Call Centre or administrative environment.

    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • A consistent track record of excellent attendance.
