- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to remain neutral, fair, and objective

- Community involvement or experience in social/justice fields is an advantage
📝 Duties
As an ICCV you will:
- Visit prisons regularly to monitor conditions
- Receive and record inmate complaints
- Report serious issues to the Inspecting Judge
- Promote fair treatment, dignity, and accountability
- Act as a link between inmates, communities, and correctional authorities
