About the Role
As an Administrator in our Insurance Division, you will play a key role in managing and distributing incoming leads across our national sales team. You’ll ensure that every potential client is matched with the right consultant quickly and efficiently, helping the team meet conversion goals and maintain outstanding customer service.
Your work behind the scenes will directly impact our clients’ experiences — helping them access the right insurance products faster and with greater confidence.

Main Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Lead Management: Receiving, tracking, and distributing all incoming insurance sales leads to the correct consultants, based on criteria such as product type, region, and consultant availability.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of lead allocations, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes.
- Team Liaison: Acting as the central communication point between management and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead performance, efficiency, and team progress.
- Process Compliance: Ensuring all activities are completed in line with FNB’s internal standards, data protection policies, and operational procedures.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
This role requires someone who can multitask efficiently, communicate effectively, and stay calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience:
Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field will be advantageous
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services will be beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Analytical mindset for reviewing data and identifying trends
