Qualifications & Experience
• Matric / NQF 4 essential
• Administrative or customer service background preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the automotive service industry
• OEM systems knowledge highly beneficial
• Basic mechanical/technical understanding
• Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments
