🧭 What You Will Be Doing
You will be deeply involved in inventory lifecycle and warehouse performance. Key responsibilities include:
• Safely receiving, binning, picking, and moving inventory inside the warehouse
• Upholding strict health, safety, and environmental standards in all tasks
• Using FIFO principles to ensure proper stock rotation
• Performing cycle counts, bin labeling, and verification for accurate stock status
• Supporting system checks and resolving GRV-related queries
• Reporting discrepancies, damages, and risks to supervisors
• Keeping warehouse areas neat and well-organized using 5S housekeeping methods
• Maintaining strong access-control and security in handling materials
• Handling documentation such as logs, forms, and variance reports
• Assisting with the delivery of materials reserved for plant operations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to meet operational goals
You will also support improvement initiatives by identifying challenges and recommending enhancements that boost efficiency. This role gives you visibility into the wider business and the opportunity to contribute to better performance results such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery.

🎓 Skills & Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet these essentials:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1–2 years warehouse experience
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• South African Driver’s Licence

• Technical knowledge of warehouse operations, standards, and equipment handling
