As a Dealer Sales Administrator, you will play a key support role in ensuring that daily operations within the department run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Dealer Sales Manager and the National Dealer Sales Administrator, handling a range of administrative duties that keep the dealership’s processes efficient and professional.

Your contribution will be vital in maintaining clear communication with dealers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all administrative functions are completed with precision and timeliness.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and support duties, including:

  • Assisting the Dealer Sales Manager with daily tasks and operational coordination.
  • Supporting the National Dealer Sales Administrator with administrative and reporting duties.
  • Managing and assisting with updates for the Top 10 Dealers.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback on Natis and Registration documents to dealers.
  • Handling general administrative work such as filing, data entry, and internal correspondence.
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism and friendliness when engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensuring that dealer documentation and records are up to date and properly managed.
  • Upholding the company’s reputation by providing excellent service and attention to detail in all tasks.

This position demands a candidate who can balance multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
  • Willingness to work two Saturdays per month.
