📝 Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administration Clerk, your responsibilities will cover several important administrative areas, including:

1. General Clerical Support

You will manage correspondence by recording, organising, storing, capturing, and retrieving data. Updating registers, handling routine enquiries, making photocopies, receiving/sending faxes, and distributing documents are part of your daily routine. You will also maintain filing systems, type official letters and keep track of all incoming and outgoing documents.

2. Supply Chain Support

You will assist with procurement activities by liaising with stakeholders, obtaining quotations, completing procurement forms, and managing stock control for office stationery. You will also help maintain the asset register.

3. Personnel Administration

This includes maintaining leave registers, personnel files, staff attendance registers, and arranging travel and accommodation for the component.

4. Financial Administration

You will capture and update expenditure, check the correctness of travel and subsistence claims, handle petty cash, and process telephone accounts.
