🔹 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • No experience required
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (MS Package)
  • Willingness to learn and work within a regulated government environment

🔹 Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive information and statistics from various hospital units
  • Collect and capture data accurately
  • Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Capture data on the Ideal Hospital System
  • Follow up on data reconciliation and verification
  • Conduct basic statistical analysis
  • Submit reports and statistics on time
  • Prepare graphical presentations of quality indicators
  • Conduct in-service training on data management
  • Maintain the departmental filing system
  • Run monthly system-generated reports
  • Attend data-related meetings and training sessions
  • Perform general office duties and other tasks as delegated
