As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the sales department operates smoothly and efficiently. 📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your daily duties will include:
✔ Supporting the sales team with all customer-related documentation
✔ Capturing data accurately and ensuring the CLM system is always up to date
✔ Preparing and analysing sales reports for a growing and agile sales team
✔ Scheduling, supporting, and attending sales meetings
✔ Providing feedback to Regional Managers (RM’s) and dealerships
✔ Making follow-up calls to customers and handling fitment follow-ups
✔ Assisting in other areas of the company when required, such as:
- Reception desk duties
- Ordering office supplies
- General administrative tasks
This role requires someone who is flexible and willing to assist where needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
✅ National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (this is a MUST)
✅ Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
✅ Capability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills
