🧾 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administrator at FNB, your duties will include the following:
1) Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide efficient and effective administration support in the functional area.
- Ensure accuracy in all administrative processes within the department.
- Maintain and support all administrative processes for operational activities.
- Provide timeous and accurate management information when required.
2) Filing & Recordkeeping
- Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service.
- Ensure documents and records are well-organized, easy to access, and updated regularly.
- Support orderly tracking of internal processes and documentation.
3) Service & Customer Query Resolution
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations through proactive and innovative solutions.
- Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders remains professional and helpful.
4) Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and manage objective working relationships with:
- End-users
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Project Managers
- Senior staff members
- Ensure smooth collaboration through clear and respectful communication.
5) Compliance, Governance & Regulations
- Monitor changes in:
- Laws
- Regulations
- Industry practices
- Initiatives affecting the functional area
- Assist with drafting and implementing relevant interventions where required.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
6) Cost & Expense Management
- Manage costs/expenses within an approved budget.
- Support cost efficiencies by ensuring resources are used wisely and appropriately.
7) Personal Development & Team Contribution
- Manage your own development to improve skills and competencies.
- Support the team’s performance culture by promoting efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in performance planning, skills development, and building an effective working culture (where relevant within the team setup).
