📌 Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Capturer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date administrative records for the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing data from available records into the required formats, including databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
- Submitting data on a monthly basis and ensuring timely updates of registers and statistics.
- Making regular backups of data to ensure information is safe and retrievable.
- Coordinating patient statistics and distributing accurate information to relevant departments.
- Maintaining records and files systematically to support smooth operations.
- Organizing events such as meetings, presentations, and workshops, including providing full secretariat services and ensuring proper bookings.
- Supporting administrative duties in the offices of the CEO and Deputy Director, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth running of daily office activities.
📌 Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 certificate plus a Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Knowledge and experience in data capturing will be an added advantage. Familiarity with clerical duties, record-keeping, and reporting is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent administration, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
