The primary purpose of this position is to reconcile driver documentation that is received after delivery rounds have been completed and captured into the Clover ERM system. This is a critical role that ensures accuracy, accountability, and smooth operational flow within the distribution process.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and reconciliation duties that support Clover’s logistics and distribution operations. These duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reconciling driver delivery documentation after delivery rounds are completed
  • Reconciling agent-generated documents accurately and efficiently
  • Checking and controlling reconciled invoices to ensure correctness
  • Following up on queries and discrepancies related to documentation
  • Ensuring that all allocated driver reconciliations are captured correctly in the system
  • Reporting on any deviations, discrepancies, or irregularities identified during reconciliation
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and administrative processes
  • Fluent Business English (verbal and written communication)
  • Advanced computer literacy, including the ability to work confidently with systems and administrative software
  • Willingness and availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Candidates who already have experience in reconciliation, logistics administration, or distribution environments will have a strong advantage.
