-Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
-An Archive Certificate would be beneficial
-2-5 years of relevant payroll experience
-Proficient in computer skills

-Provide support by performing efficient clerical tasks to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, using organized systems and following safekeeping protocols
-File all payment-related administrative documents for accessibility
-Complete clerical tasks accurately and on time
-Follow established standards, policies, and procedures for printing and administrative duties

-Effectively plan and organize daily tasks
-Support finance staff with various administrative and clerical tasks relevant to the section/division
-Ensure work complies with control and safety standards
-Minimize financial resource wastage
-Deliver work in alignment with Batho Pele service principles
