Job Description
Customer Service
-Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, accurately, and politely.
-Assist in developing and maintaining Customer Services Centre processes.
-Follow CMP Customer Services Centre procedures and suggest improvements to enhance client service.
-Manage and mitigate risks related to customer interactions.
-Ensure all customer service activities align with Absa’s risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Management
-Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to stay informed of their needs and respond effectively.
Self-Development
-Take responsibility for personal training and proactive professional development.
Education
-Required: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
