JOB PURPOSE
Support management with daily store upkeep, deliver exceptional customer service, and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Delivers top-tier adidas customer service to every customer.
-Processes sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks, as required.
-Indirectly supports product ticketing and verifies paperwork against received items.
-Assists with transferring products from stockroom to sales floor as needed.
-Protects company assets and inventory to minimize shrinkage.
-Helps create merchandise displays or follows store management’s provided guidelines or schedules.
-Gains proficiency with the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy by adhering to policies and procedures.
-Employs selling techniques, such as upselling and explaining technical details, to boost sales and meet store and personal sales targets.
-Welcomes customers, helps them find suitable products, and occasionally acts as a greeter at the store entrance during peak times.
-Maintains high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
-Ensures the security of company assets.
