NOTE:
1. Applications must be filed on a NEW Z83 form that can be obtained from any Public Service Department, which must be completely filled out, initialized, and initially signed. The application will be denied if the Z83 form is not initialized, originally signed, and dated. A thorough curriculum vitae with three contactable references and email addresses must be sent with the NEW Z83 form.
2. Please submit a new application for each vacancy, making sure to include the job title and the correct reference number.
3. After receiving notification from the HR Office, only candidates who have been shortlisted will need to bring original, certified copies of their qualifications, academic transcripts, records, and other pertinent supporting documentation on or before the day of the interview.
4. A SAQA evaluation report needs to be submitted with foreign qualifications.
5. Acting appointment letters for the full acting period must be submitted by candidates who have acted on higher positions.

7. The college may require applicants to complete an online or in-person practical assessment.
8. Selected applicants will go through a financial disclosure and screening process that includes employment, citizenship, criminal records, and qualification verification.
