Fields supplied in Part B of the Z83 must be filled out with regard to applicants holding professional or occupational registration since these fields are regarded as mandatory and such information must also be included in the applicant’s CV. Include such information on your resume for jobs that require a driver’s license. The applicant will be instantly disqualified if all required information is not provided.
