The Department of Health should be listed on the Z83 under the Department where the vacancy was advertised. In accordance with Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) Circular 19 of 2022, applicants are only required to submit a fully completed Z83 and a thorough Curriculum Vitae rather than copies of their credentials and other pertinent documentation. The Curriculum Vitae should be current and include the following information: All experience should be listed in chronological sequence, with each position’s title, employer, and starting and ending dates (DD/MM/YYYY) indicated. The new Z83’s information ought to match what is on the Curriculum Vitae. Only candidates who make the short list will be asked to provide certified copies of their credentials and other pertinent paperwork on or before the interview. Verification of Personnel Suitability Checks (PSC) (reference checks) Submit at least three names, one of which must be an immediate supervisor and be reachable. The Department reserves the right to perform additional verification beyond the names supplied as needed.
