Minimum Requirements:
-A Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Two to five years of payroll experience.
Core Responsibilities:
-Assist Pay Offices by performing efficient administrative and clerical tasks to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, using organized systems and following secure storage protocols.
-Apply and enhance municipal administrative procedures to manage salary administration records effectively.
-Maintain a precise record-keeping system.
-Create employee files as needed.
-Generate and manage all relevant salary administration documents.
-Provide general administrative and clerical support to salary administrators, including counter duties.
-Address and resolve pay office-related inquiries.
-Uphold a customer-focused service approach.
