Minimum Requirements
-Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification and
-one year of relevant experience.

-Handling customer billing account inquiries
-Performing financial and clerical tasks efficiently to align with the finance section
-Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements
-Implementing strong financial controls, corporate governance, and compliance in the area of responsibility
-Promoting a performance-oriented section to support departmental goals
-Maintaining ethical interactions with all relevant stakeholders
-Delivering operational processes within approved service and Batho Pele standards
