Introduction
We seek an Administration Clerk for the Finance department at Clicks Group Services, based at our Cape Town Head Office, reporting to the Finance Supervisor.
Job description
-Organize and file banking documents received from stores in the required sequence.
-Correct indexing errors for banking paperwork in OnBase (filing system).
-Meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
-Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum requirements
-Matric/Grade 12 (required).
-Proficiency in MS Excel.
Job related knowledge and skills:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Outlook.
-Effective time management abilities.
-Maintains high work standards.
-Capable of following rules and procedures.
-Able to work independently without supervision.
