Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) offers dynamic opportunities in our Manufacturing & Technical department. We seek talented young individuals for Packaging Learnership positions in Lakeside. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Training Controller.

KEY PURPOSE
This qualification will support the comprehensive development of the learner in the food and beverage packaging sector, enhancing recognition, mobility, and transferability within beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods industries. Learners will achieve the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
LEARNERSHIP:
-The learner will gain experience in:
-Bottling operations and protocols
-Safety and housekeeping requirements
-Quality testing and standards
-Food handling procedures

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
-Highly self-driven
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Strong team collaboration skills
-Effective teamwork capabilities

Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS
-Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Physical Sciences, both passed with at least 50%
-Two South African languages passed with a minimum of 40%
-Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or organization

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
-Must be a South African citizen
-Must be an Employment Equity candidate
-Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
-Must be aged 18–35 years
-N5/N6 qualification is advantageous
