REQUIREMENTS :
-Grade 12,
-no experience required.
Knowledge of:
-Compensation Fund objectives and operations.
-Directorate/sub-directorate goals and performance standards.
-Compensation Fund services and value chain.
-Stakeholder and customer relations.
-Batho Pele Principles for customer service.
-Risk awareness.
-COIDA Act, regulations, and policies.
-Human Resource Planning procedures.
-Relevant legislation: COIDA Act, Public Service Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS), PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and Public Service regulations.
Skills:
-Technical proficiency.
-Business writing.
-Data capturing.
DUTIES :
-Manage the filling of vacancies for the Fund.
-Administer the HR information system.
-Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
-Securely maintain HR records.
