Minimum Requirements:
-Clean criminal background
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Advanced education in office administration or public relations is a plus
-Skilled in using computers and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative work
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities
-Possessing a driver’s license is beneficial
-Open to working extra hours when needed
-Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):
-Carrying out administrative duties
-Managing and filtering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate contacts when necessary, and recording messages
-Handling correspondence, addressing inquiries, compliments, and complaints, and providing updates to management and clients as needed
-Responding to requests and questions effectively
-Supporting the preparation, upkeep, updating, and filing of various branch reports
-Organizing meetings and documenting meeting minutes
-Managing schedules, arranging appointments and events, and performing errands
-Coordinating access, screening, and welcoming visitors to the Branch Manager’s office, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
-Procuring, distributing, and managing uniforms
-Helping with general office inquiries and tasks as directed by the Branch Manager
-Serving as a point of contact between the executive, clients, team members, and other key parties
-Demonstrating excellent people skills and the ability to foster connections with diverse stakeholders
-Adapting readily to shifting priorities
