Requirements:
-Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
-Proficiency in computer use, planning and organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
Knowledge:
Understanding of public service legislative frameworks and job-specific knowledge.

Duties:
-Oversee and provide general clerical support services.
-Manage supply chain clerical support within the sub-directorate.
-Supervise personnel administration clerical support within the sub-directorate.
-Oversee financial administration support services in the sub-directorate.
-Manage human resources/staff.
-Prepare quarterly, medium-term, and annual reports.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sub-directorate.
