Salary: R 228 321.00 per annum plus benefits (Level 05)

Requirements :
-Completion of Grade 12 (Matric)
-Possession of a valid Code 08 driver’s license
-No prior experience necessary

Duties :
-Maintain invoice registers and account statements:
-Log all incoming invoices in the register, noting the date received and the service provider.
-Contact all service providers to submit or upload invoices onto the EIS system.
-Request statements of accounts from all service providers at the end of each month.
-Send confirmation letters to service providers to verify outstanding balances.
-Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Record keeping (Filing):
-Organize and file all critical accounts payable documents.
-Obtain certification from project managers:
-Ensure invoices are forwarded to the appropriate project managers for their approval and signatures.
-Coordinate document messaging (claims and invoices) for scanning at e-Gov:
-Work with messengers to ensure documents are delivered to the e-Gov department for scanning.
-Distribute remittance advice to service providers:
-Confirm that remittance advice is sent to service providers following each payment run.
