Requirements:
-Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
-No prior experience needed.

Skills and Competencies:
-Proficiency in computer use.
-Strong planning and organizational abilities.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Knowledge of job-related processes.
-Collaborative teamwork skills.
-Capability to perform under pressure.

Duties:
-Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, scanning, filing, and emailing.
-Provide basic secretarial support for the Gauteng Provincial Regulatory Entity and its supporting units, including arranging meeting logistics.
-Maintain the sub-directorate’s attendance register.
-Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-Execute advanced clerical tasks related to archiving.
-Offer administrative support.
-Understand the functions and operations of the Gauteng Provincial Regulatory Entity.
-Prior experience with the GPRE or in a legal administrative office is advantageous.
-Demonstrate advanced customer service and client aftercare skills.
