JOB PURPOSE

While delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to and upholding all store regulations and procedures, support management with daily store maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• ensures that every customer receives the best possible adidas service.
• Performs routine sales transactions using cash, credit, checks, etc. as needed.
• indirectly involved in product ticketing and paperwork verification versus received items.
• fills in as needed to help with the movement of products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Make sure that company stock and assets are always protected to prevent shrinkage.
• helps create merchandise displays or adheres to schedules and recommendations given by the store management team.
• Develop your ability to use the point-of-sale system by learning how to use it. Pay attention to policy and procedure to ensure integrity is upheld.
• Enhances salesmanship and meets store and position sales targets by using sales strategies including add-on sales and explaining technical information to customers.
• welcomes and helps customers select the appropriate product in the store. occasionally works mostly on busy workdays as a greeter at the front door.
