Salary:R202 233 – R235 611 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Experience in the field for at least one (1) year will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the job is a skill.
  • strong communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Flexibility.
  • Teamwork.
  • Planning and organisation skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).

DUTIES :

  • Provide the component with general clerical support services.
  • Take down, catalog, save, and retrieve correspondence and data.
  • Make photocopies, answer regular inquiries, update registers and statistics, and receive and deliver mail.
  • As needed, distribute documents and packages to appropriate parties.
  • Respond to the questions and correspondences of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all court records are filed correctly and kept secure.
  • Type all correspondence, including letters.
  • carry out a range of ordinary tasks relating to the Department’s activities.
