REQUIREMENTS :

  • A Senior Certificate is required for applicants.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience, as well as computer literacy.
  • knowledge of office management.
  • being able to write and speak clearly.
  • ability to operate both independently and in a group.
  • General administrative skills and the capacity to multitask.
  • An advantage would be having a driver’s license and being fluent in English and at least one other official language.

DUTIES :

  • The chosen applicant will be in charge of documenting, planning, compiling, storing, obtaining, and retrieving correspondence and data.
  • Maintain registrations and respond to common inquiries.
  • Create photocopies and send and receive facsimiles.
  • As needed, distribute documents and packages to appropriate parties.
  • The unit’s filing system should be kept up to date.
  • Dispute with interested parties.
  • Make last-minute travel preparations.
  • Maintain track of the unit’s incoming and outgoing document register.
