Requirements :

  • Matric.
  • Advanced certification in Public Management, Public Administration, and Logistics.
  • two years of administrative and environmental expertise in the public sector.
  • excellent verbal and writing communication.
  • Capacity to operate government automobiles.
  • Capacity to arrange, plan, and conduct fleet inspections.
  • strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • The applicant needs to be a team player.
  • possess both a professional driving permit (PrDP) and a valid driver’s license.

Duties :

  • Organize the transportation services.
  • Verify the availability of the fleet schedules and drivers.
  • Vehicle inspections both before and after a journey.
  • assigning cars and maintaining current records and registrations.
  • Plan the ordering, restocking, and storage of the materials and equipment for the transport sector.
  • Fill out log sheets once a month.
  • Make sure the asset register is updated.
  • Assemble and prepare reports.
  • Make sure that rules and procedures adhere to the National Core Standards.
  • Carry out any other official tasks that the supervisor assigns you.
