Description
Ensuring adherence to the administration function in accordance with the parking department’s policies and regulations is the main goal of the position.
Administration of Parking leases
- Make sure all parking leases are properly filled out, signed, and stored.
- Make sure that all terms and conditions of parking leases are signed accurately and that the cancellation and addendum forms are filled correctly.
- Make sure that all of the accompanying paperwork for the parking lease is in order, including copies of your ID and proof of residency.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the notice to vacate/parking lease paperwork, as well as the instructions for IT to capture the lease and end it.
- To prevent unauthorized access and revenue loss, make sure that all access control applications, tag issuance, and cancellations are completed on time and accurately.
- Complete CSV files, if necessary, for IT to upload.
Manage building and tenant access control.
- To guarantee that the integrity of the access control system is maintained at all times, make sure that every parking tenant is registered on the centralized access control system.
- Give parking tenants access tags.
- Respond to any questions you may have about the access control system.
- In cases where a parking tenant has left, cancel all access tags.
- parking lot audits to verify correctness and promptly address any issues found.
Ensure all customer queries are attended to timeously.
- Returning calls from tenants as soon as possible will increase customer satisfaction.
- addressing tenant inquiries in a cordial yet expert manner.
- Make sure that every client inquiry is promptly addressed (e.g., through Freshdesk, interdepartmental interactions, etc.).
- Working conditions
Office Based. - Travel is necessary and requires a personal transport.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- A matriculation qualification is necessary.
- Preference is given to qualifications relating to administration.
- Experience in customer relations is necessary.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Basic communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
- Basic knowledge with computers is necessary.
- Requires some basic administrative knowledge and abilities.
