Description

Ensuring adherence to the administration function in accordance with the parking department’s policies and regulations is the main goal of the position.

Administration of Parking leases

  1. Make sure all parking leases are properly filled out, signed, and stored.
  2. Make sure that all terms and conditions of parking leases are signed accurately and that the cancellation and addendum forms are filled correctly.
  3. Make sure that all of the accompanying paperwork for the parking lease is in order, including copies of your ID and proof of residency.
  4. Verify the accuracy and completeness of the notice to vacate/parking lease paperwork, as well as the instructions for IT to capture the lease and end it.
  5. To prevent unauthorized access and revenue loss, make sure that all access control applications, tag issuance, and cancellations are completed on time and accurately.
  6. Complete CSV files, if necessary, for IT to upload.

Manage building and tenant access control.

  1. To guarantee that the integrity of the access control system is maintained at all times, make sure that every parking tenant is registered on the centralized access control system.
  2. Give parking tenants access tags.
  3. Respond to any questions you may have about the access control system.
  4. In cases where a parking tenant has left, cancel all access tags.
  5. parking lot audits to verify correctness and promptly address any issues found.

Ensure all customer queries are attended to timeously. 

  1. Returning calls from tenants as soon as possible will increase customer satisfaction.
  2. addressing tenant inquiries in a cordial yet expert manner.
  3. Make sure that every client inquiry is promptly addressed (e.g., through Freshdesk, interdepartmental interactions, etc.).
  • Working conditions
    Office Based.
  • Travel is necessary and requires a personal transport.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. A matriculation qualification is necessary.
  2. Preference is given to qualifications relating to administration.
  3. Experience in customer relations is necessary.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  1. Basic communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
  2. Basic knowledge with computers is necessary.
  3. Requires some basic administrative knowledge and abilities.
