Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide secretarial services in order to precisely and promptly conduct parts administration transactions by carrying out predetermined work objectives in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities

PROCESS

Organize and handle information on parts receiving and dispatching, as well as handle other relevant duties quickly and effectively while adhering to performance goals.

Before parts are shipped to clients, the necessary paperwork must be completed. In order to guarantee that parts are received and placed into the system in a ready-to-ship state, oversee all incoming orders.

Meet predetermined performance goals in compliance with established protocols and service level agreements. Follow governance and compliance procedures when carrying out tasks.
Determine operational obstacles, apply established solutions, and escalate unsolved concerns. To guarantee secure storage and deter theft, keep an eye on and manage access to the assets. To give prompt and accurate information for decision-making in the area of accountability, keep track of and report on work activities.

FINANCE
Carry out tasks with effectiveness and efficiency to maximize productivity and cut down on needless delays in accomplishing office objectives.

CLIENT

Provide goods and/or services that foster a company culture that strives to meet and surpass the expectations of its clients.

Complete tasks efficiently in order to meet consumer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification

  • Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04

Minimum Experience

  • 0 – 1 year experience in a similar environment

  • Follows strict guidelines for moral behavior, behaving faithfully, honestly, and honorably while operating in the organization’s best interests and protecting the privacy of information specific to one’s own work area. the capacity to recognize and distinguish between business value systems and business ethics.
