Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Grade 12 or previous experience in a comparable setting
- Possess both functional numeracy and literacy
- Have a rudimentary understanding of machinery
- Capacity to function under pressure
- Possess self-control and the ability to work independently
- Capacity to collaborate with others in the team
- Ability to help with manual labor and upkeep of plants
- the capacity to stand for extended periods of time
- able to work erratic hours, which could involve working at night
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Help carry out the pre-start inspection checks every day.
- When asked, under supervision, help with general maintenance duties on or around the plant.
- Clean up any spills in accordance with safety precautions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to guarantee safe working procedures.
- Help with every screen modification
- Any broad elementary issues should be reported to the on-site Supervisor right once.
- Whenever additional ad hoc work is asked, provide it.
