Responsibilities
- Oversee team members’ appointment and meeting schedule.
- Respond to incoming and departing calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- As needed, create and arrange reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Help create meeting agendas and minutes while making sure all required resources are on hand.
- Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize staff travel, including reservations for flights and lodging.
- Offer assistance for a range of departmental projects and initiatives.
Requirements
