Position Overview

Taking part in every facet of the Apprenticeship program; helping to fix cars while working under the guidance of a certified Technician; meeting the trade’s MerSETA standards, passing level exams, and being qualified in no more than four years.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend technical/level training sessions on time.
to help with auto repairs so that you can gain real-world experience while being supervised and guided by a technician.

In order to qualify within the allotted maximum of four years, thoroughly prepare for the level exams.
Help with housekeeping by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and tidy tools and equipment.
Observe workplace safety guidelines and appropriate behavior.

Fulfill any additional appropriate tasks that may occasionally be needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Must have Grade 12. Pure math and physical science should be required courses; a minimum passing grade of 50% in each subject is advantageous.
