Job Description
Main Objectives:
To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread on site.
Responsibilities:
- According to the picking slip, load the bread.
- Use GRVs and transfers to manage your stock.
- Counting trays and maintaining tray balance in a truck.
- Attend the daily meetings.
- Make sure the bread is loaded with quality.
- Make sure the stock rotation is proper (FIFO)
- Keep track of every supply that is received and shipped.
- delivering reports every day.
- trucks leaving on schedule.
- Answer questions.

- Matric or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- a minimum of three months’ experience in a comparable role within the FMCG sector.
Key Outputs
- will have to work until the last truck has been loaded.
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is mandatory.
- Work must be done in shift rotation.
- Need to relieve the dispatch clerks
- Capacity to present using Invocom.
