Job Description:

What we require:
- Matric or NQF Level 4.
- Credit is plain and criminal.
- solid proficiency in the English language.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, appropriate for a global clientele.
- willing to work weekends and nighttime shifts.
- Outstanding encounter with customer service.
- a minimum of six months of call center experience.
- Prior six to twelve months of experience working in an international call center is extremely helpful.
