JOB PURPOSE

The successful applicant will be accountable for providing effective customer support to our current clients by giving correct information in a professional manner. They will report to the Inbound Call Centre Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product/Service Information

  • To respond to calls quickly and effectively
  • Query logging and resolution on Insight
  • Provide dealers and clients with reliable information
  • Providing walk-in clients with administrative assistance
  • Give the company precise response on its inquiries and needs
  • appropriately update the database with claimant information
  • Cooperate with service providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality, reasonably priced treatment.

Product Knowledge

  • to do research and collect data utilizing the resources available
  • Customers should receive product and service information.

Outbound Sales Duties and Responsibilities
