Key Performance Areas

• delivering AMAZING customer service to create a WOW experience for the client
• Each customer’s specific and particular shopping needs should be attended to, and the customer should always come first.
• To guarantee that consumers receive timely and effective service, abide by all fundamental customer service standards.
• Selling products and, more significantly, POS add-ons and services
• Prepare for the day’s start and accept all transactions in accordance with the company’s normal operating procedures.
• Observing all merchandising and housekeeping guidelines and deadlines
• operate cash registers and accept payments for the products that customers have purchased.
• inspecting returned items and reporting findings to managers for necessary action
• Make sure that every POS on the sales floor adheres to normal operating practices.
• preparation, execution, and upkeep of all advertised sales promotions at the point of sale
• ensuring that products are properly displayed and priced at POS
• being present for stock takes and stock counts

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12
• Experience in retail for six (six) months
• To be able to work shifts, one must have access to reliable transportation.
