Purpose of Position:

To accurately record (data capture) all the various kinds of service request forms in accordance with Ampath, LIS, CDC procedures, SLA, Targets, Quality, and TAT; to record (data capture) and audit Patient Files and Referring Doctors requests as per Service Request forms.

Required Experience:

Data capturing experience,
Knowledge: Meditech system,
Knowledge: MS Word

Key Responsibilities:

Help new hires with data collection inquiries and issues to guarantee adequate client satisfaction.
Help with the printing of error log reports to guarantee that patient data is correct, pertinent, and full.

Sustain positive client relations to enhance Ampath’s reputation.
Carry out material management duties to guarantee adequate stock availability and efficient supervision over stock consumption.
To either audit—comparing the data of other staff members as per the SRF with the Meditech system to make sure that all information was accurately and completely captured—or to data capture ALL information as per the Service Request Form onto the relevant Meditech system within the predetermined time limit

To guarantee that the information in the requisition is accurate, full, and relevant, update the patient data file with new information or fix any mistakes that have been made.
