Responsibilities

  • Use and apply systems in a way that guarantees timely and accurate record keeping.
  • Effectively capture data and handle administrative tasks in accordance with established guidelines, guidelines, and rules.
  • Make that your own scheduling, planning, and coordination adhere to established procedures.
  • Make work adjustments as directed in order to reach goals.
  • Determine the issues, solve them as directed, and notify the team lead of any issues that remain unsolved.
  • Ensure that your own work is finished correctly, and constantly seek out methods to improve it.
  • Ensure that the work is completed to a high standard and satisfies predetermined objectives.
  • Effectively plan and arrange your everyday job tasks.
  • Make good use of work resources and tools, and report any shortcomings to the team lead.

    Verify that your own job complies with safety and work control regulations.

    Ensure that your own work complies with Batho Pele’s service delivery objectives and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Administration certificate or equivalent NQF Level qualification.
  • one to two years’ worth of experience in a comparable setting.
